...Hello and welcome back to Hornet Sports for the Afternoon session of this final warm-up game for England. England really batted terribly in the morning session and they have to pull themselves out of this big hole, however, the way they have been batting recently, it seems unlikely...

...Here we are then, Davies is on strike, and he defends his first ball...

So much for the hope of a large partnership between Davies and Collingwood, now all hope rests on Collingwood batting out of his skin with the tail.

Hoggard and main man Collingwood are both bowled

Hoggard got bowled by Cullen and then Collingwood got bowled by Tait trying to go back when he should have been coming forward. All hope is now gone for England as Davies and Collingwood have both gone, England now put all the pressure on the bowlers to preform.

That's it

England's innings is over and the tail hardly contributed at all, however, they cannot be blamed as all the runs needed are left to them as the batsmen are not preforming. England will be gutted with this performance with the bat and it leaves their confidence in tatters as they have to draw or win this game going into the 1st Test. Otherwise, no-one can see any result but a win in the 1st Test for the Aussies as England's batting is just a complete and utter shambles.
