Ashutosh was a confirmed town and him writing off Yash after day one makes me believe that he might be town cop who investigated Yash

Actually, this wasn’t the case. I don’t know how Ashutosh cleared me out, but I know for a fact that I am not a Vanilla Townie. I am actually the Town Cop.

On the first night, I investigated Ashutosh, (because he had just made an absurd No Lynch post on Day 1) and got a Town result.

Then on the second night, I investigated into PEvil and got him as a Town result.

At this point, both of you guys seem equally fishy to me. The town result on PEvil could be because he could be the GodFather, and Godfathers are usually investigation immune.

I 'assumed' Ashutosh to be townie. Him being declared as a townie on his death confirmed the fact that he is townie. But I don't really know what he was thinking by posting that. I only joined the points and said what he meant by that.

If Ashutosh randomly posted it, then it is the misleading post of a townie.

I feel that was more sensible thing to do at the point when we have 3 anti town and 3 night kill roles in the game. One mislynch and game over.

Btw you were talking about a possible mafia role among the townies on day 1. Mind explaining that?

We have a open setup in this game, so we already know about the no. of anti-town (currently) in this game

However, this line intrigues me. We know that Asprin said that this game can be different from the other ones so maybe it hints at a townie who is a backup mafia or something, plus the title ODD ONE OUT.

I don’t know what to make of this, tbh. Can’t make anything out of Yash's posts. PE's interaction with Ashutosh is the only thing i could dig in, and it feels like a dead end.
