I don't want this to be an affair where I reach the last round via byes and then loose in knock-out.

It's a problem we face every season. It's extremely hard to find 32 teams that will always remain active. We chuck the ones that were inactive the season before and then bring in new teams, but there are always a few new guys who then also end up becoming inactive.

I really would like if we could get 32 active teams each season, but I really don't know how to find them.
