The AI has been edited to give improved reallism and make it feel mor like cricket. The fields have also been edited to make them react as they would do in a match.

Yes just put it in

X:/program files/ea sports/cricket 2005

where x is your hard drive name

How deep do you have to look? Ive changed the configs a tonne, hopefully its more reallistic.

Anyone tried the patch yet, comments are welcome

I've tried the patch mate, and I did notice a difference. I noticed that placement on the bat when playing shots made more of a factor scoring runs. There were a few more edges and when facing spin, more 'caught outs' at bat pad which were good.
