Third Test: Australia v England at Edgbaston

I'm amazed by my Ian Bell antics/puns. I can just imagine the English press when he retires.

"Bell ends his international career on a high" *Hypothetically of course ;)

Ian Bell is a piss poor excuse for an International batsmen.

Oh yeah, and you...And the rest of Australia perhaps.

Well maybe not blake and the Australian selectors. :p

Hooper added 0 Minutes and 50 Seconds later...

Has done better then Ravioli Belowpara this series.

Only just.

Thing with Ravi is that he's young and will probably come good with more experience.

Bell had has plenty of experience, and his technique is awful.

Johnson's bowling real well here. He just needs to get his inswinger more towards the off-stump.

I know.

Bell is a poor mans Paul Collingwood.

And Collingwood isn't even that great himself.:laugh

Collingwood has the ability though, granted he hasn't done a huge lot, but he can score hundreds.

Hooper, have we just agreed on something? Surely not.

Johnson is definitely winning the battle over Flintoff.

Did you know Johnson is supposed to be the strongest/fittest man in world cricket? The commentators said it during the home series against RSA.

Yes, agree again.

Might have to save this little conversation in the Planet Cricket Vault.

Something you don't see everyday.

Nah he isn't, the strongest person I've seen although I've never seen him play a match was that Indian bowler who can reportably bowl at 100mph consistantly. His training schedule was mindblowing.

I've got a feeling Siddle will rip through the lower order here.

Except this guy hasn't played any cricket before, hence he doesn't count.

Ian Bell - Bottled in England, Shipped all over the world!

Someone fancy getting that in photoshop like they did with Terry and Chelsea?~

He's getting some swing, how long will he last though.
