I read an interesting article in cricinfo during the Corporate Trophy,on how Dravid tested Raina's weakness against short balls and the way Raina tackled them.Now I hope Raina can play to his potential,given he has almost removed the weakness from his game.

But it is likely Murali Vijay will replace him.
Though Kohli could also get a look in as he performed well in Domestic.

Well I don't think so.
Seeing Kohli's current form he deserves it more than Vijay.
Though I personally prefer Shikhar Dhawan over both of them.
He has just lost in the mainstream.

Losing Gambhir is a big blow for India, but the bright side is that a decent performer in Kohli was chosen to be the replacement.

I can't stand to see Karthik open, let alone play in the side. Despite his performance in the West Indies, he's too much of a "bits and pieces" batsman, and it would be better to slot Kohli into that very important opening spot instead.

I would have liked to see Badrinath being sent in as a replacement. I am not that bothered with Gambhir mising this series as long as he is available for the Champions Trophy. We cannot afford to miss both Gambhir and Sehwag along with Zaheer Khan in the Champions Trophy. That would hugely dent our chances.
