Updates for original Brian Lara game

Hello, all. I'm fed up with BLIC 2007 and I don't think the patch will do much to improve it. Can anyone point me towards complete updates of kits/teams/faces and stuff like that for Brian Lara Cricket on the PC (the Sold Out version of the original game)? I've checked downloads on this forum, but can only find limited kit updates.
