West Indies in Australia

Bravo gets his 50. This is very good resistance shown by the Windies batsmen. MacGill isn't looking as good this inns compared to the last one.

great entertainment so far by the windies. This could of been an interesting game if lara had stayed and given not out. A lead could have potentially extended to say 200 if lara stayed for longer. So far Bravo looks like an exciting batsman, hope he continues and extend the lead to at least 100.

At tea the score is 6/268, Ramdin on 49, Bravo 73, the lead is 10.

We don't look like getting a wicket at the moment. Lee was looking tired and back to his old ways again. McGrath is being his usual self but not very threatening.
Both these guys look solid in defence so its going to be one long afternoon for the Aussies.

Go Bravo and Ramdin, 150 Partnership i want them to put on 400 so we can bat again!

Yea great knock by him, he has totally dominated the Aus attack. Blunted MacGill, Warne, McGrath and Lee.

Warne and MacGill strike. Ramdin and Powell out now although Powell may have been unlucky.

BTW any one see Warne making faces, doing symbols it was a crack up :laugh

The flipper is back, WI all out for 334, Aus need 77 runs to win tomorrow.
Warne finally takes more wickets than MacGill with 4, MacGill himself got 2. Great fightback by WI with Ramdin and Bravo. All is looking up for WI's next inns in Adelaide.

great partnership by bravo and ramdin. 182 in total. Brilliant century by Bravo, showed guts and concentration. Also played some fantastic strokes. Another dodgey decision goes to australia which is becoming quite ridiculous now. This will certainly give windies a boost for the next match. Bravo has shown he is the windies version of flintoff and he has a lot more class than watson.

That was the worse flipper I have ever seen.

You are kidding right. The flipper he bowled earlier that went for 4 was worse.

It was a brilliant knock against a world class attack. This will give Bravo lots of confidence for the future. If decisions go the Windies way they will provide a good game in Adelaide. The bowling seems to be their problem, they recovered wel yesterday but were way behind the 8 ball after the opening partnership.

Bloody umpires, robbed Australia in the Ashes, come down here and start favouring us. Personally I would've liked to see what would've come of Lara's innings, because he always tends to make a scratchy first 50 and then go on to make a masterful next 50+.

Bravo is a star. Ramdin should have his hands firmly slotted into the West Indian keeping gloves for a while now. Looking forward to Adelaide, and also secretly hoping Brett Lee continues to bowl crap to get him dropped...he is nowhere near as useful as someone like Andy Bichel would be (with bat as well, surprisingly enough)

yeah i agree does bowl pies down the pitch and only bowls well when mcgrath does. Also lee's celebrations are getting very irritating. Everytime he gets a wicket it's as if it was his first in his career.

it is interesting that it was tendulkar a few years ago and now it is lara. It's always the top players who always get the dodgy decisions. The main reason i feel for the dodgy decisions are the because of the australian bowlers intimidating and aggressive appealing. EVery time when one is turned down the aussie bowlers always demands an answer from the umpire which i feel is unfair and i support the commentators comments that the bowlers shouldnt ask the umpires why he wasn't out.

Well whatever happens clarke should be straped into a cannon and fired in the opposite direction far enough away from the 3rd test, bloody hopeless needs to go back and score some runs in first class, which he never did in the first place
