West Indies in England

Will - Nail, Head, Hammer etc.

Your absolutely right, both of them are confidence bowlers, Monty in particular. If he doesn't feel support Monty reverts to bowling darts, which just doesn't work for him and won't take wickets. He needs to play OD Cricket and be encouraged to bowl how he usually does in it.

Business Studies finally comes in handy

Haha, yeah way to totally repeat what I said in more detail will. Now everyone thinks you are the genius :p

Will be interesting to see who they select for the next match. Chances are, they'll keep the same eleven. Since that makes the least sense.

Problem is Panesar has hardly been taking wickets in the ODI's he's played in.

Judging by his stats for Somerset I assume he's fit. He's played a fair few games. 8 in long and short formats (8 in both).

no, actually, that entirely my post with a bit of Business Studies :p

Nice to see Mascherahnes (Cant spell it still:p) get an England birth. Well done to the Perth boy! Nice to see someone from Western Australia playing good cricket. Didnt have the best debut. But hopefully will come good.

He hasn't had the field I suggested a page ago.
Try him with a slip and a silly point and put the batsmen under pressure.
There is no point in him bowling 10 overs 0/40.
Give it try, what have England got to lose at this point.

I really hope we win tomorrow, I don't want the media moaning about putting more pressure on the players. That's the last thing they need with a big series starting in a couple of weeks.

If only that could make Plunkett more effective.

Perth boy?

There's just a tad difference between Chiswick and Perth.

Chiswick?

He was raised in Perth and lived there for most of his younger years. Including going to Uni in Perth.

Doesn't mean he was born in Perth though does it? He was born in Chiswick, making him a Chiswick boy!

Not really. IMO it doesnt matter where you were born, its where you remember most and have lived most your life.

In fact only 3 of the 11 players in the 2nd ODI were born overseas.
