Only thing I can think of is to go 'defensive' and play with like 5 men on the boundary, test his patience.

Yeh, they he should become bogged down and begin to get fustrated and chip it to mid on lol. Even trying to play the edge is risky, and when there's boundrie feilders he would most probably hit it for 6 . Using slip's is dangerous because most of the time he hardly ever edges it, and he dances down alot getting the bowlers angry getting in there faces.

How do you bowl to KP?

Hit top of off? It sounds too simple but he doesn't have any particular weaknesses but if you naggle with that line and length and then suddenly produce a very good delivery then you will get most batsmen out. You got to try and get him early as well.
