Not bad going, Marshall as always is yet to learn that you can't hit them all for 4 or 6, even Superstar :p Gayle knows, Shiv is still in there, I am expecting a score of 300, or it iwll be a disappointment for me and maybe even they the players.

West Indies eventually got 294-9. But it's still a good score.

Windies lost it towards the end, They should have got a score around 320-340 but only got 300. This kind of reminds me of that T20 match in the WC where everything was fine until Gayle got out...

I hope he won't. It's most likely that Butt and Akmal will open.

Disappointing total by WI, and very much gettable by Pakistan, we were very much in the hunt for 300, but once Gayle and Sars were out the rest of the guys could not carry us, I also believe that Chattergoon wasted a number of balls, even if he was part of a good opening stand, he could have done better.
It is now up to Taylor, Powell and company to prevent the Pakistan batsmen from reaching our total!!

For the Windies, it seems like they lost the plot at the right time. I've just watched Tasmania do a similar thing against Victoria on a promisingly invigorated MCG pitch. The Windies kept wickets in hand and made bonus runs as a result.

The late wickets give Pakistan a chance, as did Victoria, but you have to favour the side that made almost 300. In this case I'm less sure, because I'm not sure how to rate the Windies' bowling and I'm not sure how to rate Pakistan's batting.

Req Run Rate alread over 6, Pakistan better get going. They don't want to fall behind too much.

I guess Khurram Manzoor will open with Salman Butt since Khurram is a specialist opener.

Yeah, I actually now notice him since he is opening the innings. A good thing actually that they're not opening with Akmal and that they've included a specialist opener. Apart from that 15 runs over so far it's going slow for Pakistan.

Daren Powell can often land the ball in the right spot and he's not slow. Taylor is and should be recognised as the key bowler of the team. Baker's going to be interesting, but Miller is a promising limited overs spinner, maybe even more.
