Mushy, Nash and Wright from Sussex are my favs.

As an Essex fan;
Mark Pettini - Explosive batsman at the top of the order, will hopefully have a big future for Essex and England.
Varun Chopra - another very talented young opener. Made his mark early in the County game and has years to improve.
James Foster - One of the top two Wicket-Keepers in the country and is good with the bat, will hopefully push on for an England recall.
Tendo - Having met him, he's a nice guy. Time for everyone. Very talented player and hits the ball along way, as our first team spinner can tell you.

Since im an Aussie i will do from NSW
Phil Jaques- His technique is not text book but he just balzes the boundary and bats the long innings.

Ed Cowan- An awesome opener who supports Jaques well and they can make a good opening partnership.

Moises Henriques- Hes a teenager who is club captain of my cricket club Excellent allrounder who can bowl around the 140km's and bat well

Brad Haddin- Very good ageing wicky. He has been selected for Aus a few times and has a lot of experience under his belt.

Stuart Clark- He is like another McGrath as many have seen. My praise might be a bit high but..
