Wes Hall

Big, Bad, Fast and Scary. For 10 years Wes Hall was the leader of the WI pace attack. Hall played 48 tests and took 192 wickets during his career. He was the kind of bowler that put fear in the hearts of batsman before he even delivered the ball. Gives me a great 1-2-3 combo.

hahaha sorry man, I had Hall in my sites for a while. I got another good one for my other bowler spot left.:D

Charles Christopher Griffith

He played only 28 Test matches, took 94 wickets @ about 28 and a half per wicket, but with an Econ. Rate of less than 3 runs per over. He was a viper with the ball and ended the career of an Indian batsman named Nari Contractor, after he cracked his skull with a delivery and had to have two surgeries for blood clots.
Here is what is interesting: He started playing Club Cricket as a spin bowler in Barbados, but changed to Right Arm-fast. And get this, he was the bowling partner of, yes, Wes Hall.

Sonny Ramadhin

Ramadhin was the first East Indian to represent the West Indies and after only two FC matches he was called up for the tour of England. During his 43 match career Ramadhin took 158 test wickets at 28.

1.Sir Conrad Hunte

3.Sir Frank Worrell
4.Sir Everton Weekes
5.Shivnarine Chanderpaul
6.Sir Garry Sobers
7.
8.
9.Andy Roberts
10.
11.Sonny Ramadhin

Pick: Alvin Kallicharan

Explanation: I needed another batsman to boost the line-up, and Kallicharan is definitely good enough to hold down a place. He played Test cricket in the Windies strongest era, in the 70's and 80's, playing 66 Tests in his career. He made 4399 runs in that time, at an average of 44.43 with 12 hundreds. An excellent player that slots in very nicely at number 4. I think my team is shaping up nicely.

1. Gordon Greenidge
2.
3. George Headley
4. Alvin Kallicharan
5. Rohan Kanhai +
6.
7.
8. Malcolm Marshall
9.
10. Joel Garner

amazing that we are this far in the draft and we still have players like Alvin Kallicharan being selected.
