Flattest pitches I have ever seen.Its not a joke. All matches played in the Asia Cup have ended up with either side nothcing up 300+. Of 7 games,I believe 6 matches had 300+ scores for a team.

Well, not 300, but quite a few have been in excess of 270. It's not the fact that their getting 270. It's the fact that the batsmen are getting there with such ease. They are hardly being tested and the bowlers have pretty much nothing going for them.

Waiting for the India - Sri Lanka match. will tell us how good a contest that will be! The Asia Cup so far has been another bore. I guess ODI's are going to have a rapid decline in interest in the subcontinent after the T20 onslaught. And as bitter as it can be, that can play a big role in deciding the future of ODI cricket (ODI's primary financial gains are from the subcontinent).
