Australia Tour Of India 2012/13

I think it's brave of the Aussies to go into a test match with only one recognised batsman.

Hughes's innings has been extremely chancy. He deserves this slice of luck though as it seemed it had deserted him completely.

I am not hoping a lot tomorrow though.Australia have to show extremely null resistance for this to be an easy win.India might win this even after conceding a 150ish lead, but after years of watching Indian cricket, it feels like chances of this are extremely slim.

So very much possible that a draw is on the cards which is a shame seeing even Australia could have got a result in their favor ,thanks largely to an excellent comeback today.

This pitch is different from one that will be dished out at Kotla so Hughes getting some runs is a good thing.

Prediction-Captains shaking hands before the last 15 overs.

A balanced day in Mohali. We did see this collapse from India in 2nd test as well after that big partnership between Pujara and Vijay. Bhuvi did good at the end of the day to turn this match on again. BTW, what is wrong with Hughes, making runs? I don't want this to happen but as Friend said above that I feel like Australia are going to get away with one or two decent partnership. It will be brilliant to beat them in 4 days.

Said it before the series. The only way AUS could possible get close to taking 20 wickets consistently was if the fast bowlers step up. Finally Siddle & Starc showed what they could do. If they had showed this bowling skill in support of Pattinson in the 1st two tests, AUS would have been able to control India's batting better.

Its ridiculous how the selectors lost the plot & ditched the 3-man pace attack to play two dud spinners & Maxwell in the last two tests.:facepalm

Lyon is the only spinner that showed have been playing this series for AUS.

I predict a 150 run chase for India tomorrow afternoon. Perhaps in about 30 overs. Do they go for it? I suppose they would up to 5 down before shutting up shop.
