He is very weird from Day 1. When PE and CK asked questions then instead of defense, he is saying to lynch him.

Now, why did you just jump into lynching someone when you have made hardly 2-3 posts that is least helpful for the game?

Fair enough. But I was a bit amazed to see him lynching straight away considering the fact that he has been least active among us.

This is not good. We have one player who has given up defending himself and one player who seems to be taking no interest at all in the game.

In the case of Ashutosh though, I sincerely hope it's because of some posting restraint. Otherwise I see no reason for him to be this inactive.

In case of Rudi, I'm still leaning towards town. I hope he doesn't give up so fast. The last thing we need is another townie killed.

Okay, I think there is no use to sit back and wait for others before the mafia succeed with their plan. I'm going to role claim here. Just because of some basic calculations and you will understand what I mean. I'm taking town to a strong position since a mafia will be lynched before end of day 2.

I'll explain the calculations I did and you will know why I role claimed at this stage of the game.

We have 4 townies and 2 mafias alive. I'm the town cop and I investigated Rebel in the night. I got the result as mafia. And as El Loco mentioned, town copcis always sane. That means the result is accurate. Another simple logic is, Thor is not an unpopular character in the movie as far as I know. If I was fake claiming here, I could've used any unpopular name from the movie and said that I'm town cop and this is my result. That would mean that I'm on a safer side and nobody would counter claim me. But the fact that why I'm risking my life here with the popular character name is what you should understand.

Secondly, I roled claimed at this point because town are one step ahead in the game and if we go for no lynch and a night kill is performed by Mafia (most likely on me) town strength would come down to 3 players. They can easily victimise a town player and can lynch him so that town strength comes down to 2. Which is game over for town.

Since I role claimed now, we got an opportunity to actually lynch a mafia goon. It will be 4 towns and 1 mafia. Assuming that I will be killed tonight, 3 townies can easily lynch the other mafia by discussion and towns win.

I was very hesitant to role claim at the start of day 2 because, I wanted more of Rebel, and see if he can give out information about his partner. Also, I was afraid that my investigation would be waste if I get killed tonight without revealing my identity. The town are still clueless and they don't have much info. If I get killed, then town will remain cluesless throughout the game until town losses the game. I got a result and it is a game changer for town.

If you are still not convinced, read my posts from start of day 2. Since I got Rebel as mafia, I went after him and LBW (he is acting weird). I haven't been as excited I'm before this game because I've got town cop role and my first investigation was at point. Go through all of my posts and you will see my posting pattern pro-town. I don't have any alignment with anyone, and I've been trying my best to get the other mafia.

I was actually on the verge of posting a gif not too dissimilar to this from the actual Endgame movie but I decided against it as might still be a little too early for spoilers

Ok. This is huge. The only reason I'm playing the waiting game right now is because we are 1 mislynch away from defeat.

While PE's explanation makes total sense, I cannot rule out the possibility of a false claim. I'll try to elaborate on that below.

Assuming PE is fake claiming:
- The reason for this could be that the mafia decided to sacrifice one of them for the greater good i.e making the mafia win
- What will the real cop do? If he claims too and provides ample evidence of him saying the truth, PE will be lynched today but the cop will be killed at night too and we won't know who the other one is.
- If the real cop choses to remain silent, Rebel will get killed and we will lose another townie at night


Assuming PE is telling the truth:
- Rebel will be lynched today but unfortunately PE will also be killed at night
- We still don't know who the second one is, though I may have an inclination towards one
- It will be 3 vs 1 on Day 3.

Well you have hit the nail on the head here! Just that you claimed the character and role you shouldn't have. Nice move though to try and take me out early on and clear your path. As you couldn't do that an night even after you ordered to kill me because Jack surely must have protected me, here you come out as a cop and try to get me lynched as mafia.

A very well thought out mafia move and I appreciate it. But let me post my part now and let the others decide whom to believe. I am Thor, the town cop. I investigated Rudi last night, he is a townie. Hence I was so reluctant on lynching him today. I was mainly supporting Ashutosh to try and see if he pushes hard for a lynch. And you counter questioning him makes me feel, you both are a team!

No way the only PR remaining would openly out himself without even trying to give subtle hints. Sod outing means the real cop, which is me will have to out and there goes our only PR remaining at the night. If I am lynched now, 3 townies and 2 mafias remain. At the night, one more townie is surely killed. Game over on day 3. A very nice move Sod but if people will think clearly and then decide then they will know who is who.

The only role claim I'm expecting is from either Rebel2k19 or from his partner. And as I said, I've given my valid reason to keep the town one step ahead. If you think that I'm faking here, and I get lynched, town will be 2 down at the start of day 3. Think wisely, it is a do or die lynch for town today.

Me being mafia and fake claiming wouldn't be helpful for mafia. Because, mafia can always refrain from going down the 'day lynch' way and they could just sit back and do the night kills. Victimise someone like Ashutosh and win the game. It is very simple as mafia goon for this game. So why would I risk myself by fake claiming when I can easily win by going diplomatic way?

I've tried my best to convince you guys. Whatever it takes, I've done. See if you can win it from here. I've given a breakthrough for town. I'm going to my exam now and may come back by evening. Kindly ignore my inactivity.
