WE ARE STAYING UP!!
It was an amazing atmosphere today, 25,497 people there. We played really well. They had a player sent off in the first five minutes, we scored in the seventh and we were flying. They played like they knew they had to win to stay up.
Norwich City 3-0 Queens Park Rangers!
Kick it off! Throw it in! Have a little scrimmage! Keep it low, a splendid rush, bravo, win or die! ON THE BALL CITY!

I can't believe that Hull beat Crystal Palace. With 6 minutes to go in that game I was celebrating. You don't think Warnock deliberately lost this game because he hates the Baggies do you?

Sorry I meant as champions which I badly want considering we can do it in computer games
. Anyway if we win against Southampton we are promoted but to get the title, then we have to draw against QPR on the final day which will be a tough but I think we can do it.

So we have Palace in the play-offs. Drew with them 1-1 last time after Louis Carey scored in the stoppage time. 2-0 to them earlier in the season, so will deffo be a tough game. I would've said they would go through if we hadn't won today, but now we go in with some confidence. The tie could easily go to penalties.
Hull have one foot in the play-off final me thinks...

My beloved West Brom are champions!!!!!! woo!!! i'm going to party tonight!!! Anyway some quality games on the final day as was expected. Southampton were superb against Sheffield United, Crystal Palace were excellent against 10 man Burnley, Sheffield Wednesday were fantastic against Norwich (sorry Skater), Ipswich played the perfect game against Hull City and Leicester City did well against Stoke which gave us the title really.
I do feel alittle sorry for Leicester City considering how well they performed and for Ian Holloway because he is such a funny man and does deserve better but really Leicester don't. I'm so happy that Southampton managed to survive because they have great fans and a great manager in Nigel Pearson. They are my tip for the play-offs next season.
On to the play-offs and promotion. Stoke did deserve the promotion in the end, they have been very consitant all season. In another season, Hull would have also been up automatically and I do think that their flowing football will do the trick next season whatever division they are in. Bristol City have shown other teams how it is done when coming up, by getting a well deserved 4th place. If they had Neil Warnock at the start of the season, Crystal Palace probably would have been promoted automatically, what Warnock has done for that club is incredible and they are my pick to be play-off winners. Watford had a stunning start until West Brom (get in!) totally destoryed them at vicarage road and I personally don't believe they deserve the play-off after only winning 1 in their last 12. Even though I hate them, Wolves have really impressed me this season with their brilliant run near the end of the season almost got them into the play-offs. Finally, Ipswich will feel unset with how poor their away record was this season which I believe could have them in the play-offs but if they get that right, they will be a dominant force next season in the championship.
Anyway Boing Boing to you loyal supporters, I'm going to miss writing in this forum

Someone said on the radio that this season we have lost 8 points down to ****-poor officiating, and referees getting decisions wrong.
I wouldn't be able to tell you where each point was lost, but I can remember for sure we had a perfectly good goal ruled out for offside @ Turf Moor, costing us 2 points, and then against QPR @ PR, some chap handled the ball behind the line but the referee somehow contrived to let play continue without even a penalty. The officiating is a joke. We would be 3rd if they went our way (and the other 4 points which I can't account for). Fair enough, our away form has been dire, and it is something we really need to make sure doesn't happen again. If we can keep our home form the way it is (1 loss all season) then we will have one hell of a season. Fingers crossed, eh?
Just a quick note, I know he won't read this, but a huge thank you to Club Captain Jason De Vos, who has retired and moves back to Canada to take up a position on Canadian telly. A really great servant to the Club, and a really nice guy to boot.

Leicester are rubbish lol, if any other club had the amount of chances they had combined with their defence they'd be pushing for the play offs. They deserved to go down, although do have to feel for a couple of players who've been good.
They've been around relegation for a while now so unless they sorted themselves out they were going to go down, the players aren't very good but you have to blame Mandaric really, can't keep changing the manager, Allen beats Watford 4-1 and then gets sacked! They should ease through league 1 if they keep their players. Hopefully the box will be cheaper next year
Coventry and Sheffield need to build now, Leicester didn't they were justhappy to stay in the league and paid the price so they can't afford to make the same mistake.
