Already in the bag... I hope to lose a wicket so I can see Nicholls have a bat

End of Over 4: 21-1, runrate=5.25, reqrunrate=2.11 (117-10)
Gray 2-0-7-0
Mattheus* 11 (13 balls)
Dennis 6 (8 balls)

Last Wicket: Giddings lbw b. Keeling 4 (FOW: 4/1)

Harvey was brought in for insurance on a dusty pitch and didnt take a wicket :p Elphick my third spinner took 5

39.6 6 Wheater to Dodds
A cacophony of horns and whistles erupts from the crowd as that one clears the long off roof and lands on the Chairman's Bentley in the car park. What a shot, although the club's insurers may not think so!
And that's a century for Dodds! Well played indeed Sir!

Dodds brings up a great century with a six! A bit Andrew Symonds-esque. He can make a biggie here as he is still in when the "slog overs" are operating.

End of Over 41: 231-2, runrate=5.63
Wikus 6-0-46-1
Dodds* 103 (103 balls)
Stoltz 45 (50 balls)

Last Wicket: Caledera c. Poole b. Lea 52 (FOW: 154/2)

Looking for 300 here.

48.5 4 Caulfield to Chavhanga
Beauty, and four runs.
Thats his 150. A fine knock.

48.1 4 Caulfield to Quintus
A crisp and technically spot on drive through extra cover than has the legs even on this pudding of an outfield.
And that's a century for Quintus! Well played indeed Sir!

Ended up

Hulse 10-0-87-1

Farquharson 1-0-8-0
Wylie* 0 (0 balls)
Rose 8 (6 balls)

Won the toss and am batting first.

4.1 W Farquharson to Wylie
Well, he tried to slog the fast bowler but it didn't pay off, and now he's back in the pavilion.

Now I don't think anyone saw that coming!

Farquharson 3-0-22-1

Bollingham 1-0-2-0
Pugh* 0 (0 balls)
Gallagher 2 (6 balls)

Forgot to change to bowl first, so now i've batted nad wasted some valuable PFL getting to 370. Mainey got 104 and Beresford a med/comp/worth a 150.

1.3 W Singh to Pugh
GODDIM! Singh banged it in short and Pugh tried to pull it but he got a top edge to Mainey at mid wicket who steadied himself and swallowed an easy catch

Hopefully thats the beginning of a short end.

End of Over 19: 94-5, runrate=4.95
Kirkland 3-0-16-1
Symes* 1 (4 balls)
Swales 40 (42 balls)

they should be all out for less than 120 they are a bowling side though really, but should knock off the runs easily

And that's the end of the match. BFN Bombers won by 270 runs.
BFN Bombers 370-2
Busybees CC 100-10

Roll on round 3 of the cup and hopefully another stupidly easy opponent, I cant afford a GFI in a cup game so if they are too tough I'll give up.

End of Over 19 (2 runs). Raiders Eleven: 119-0, runrate=6.26
Malik 1-0-2-0
Shipp* 54 (50 balls)
Dobson 63 (66 balls)

Good debut for Dubson :D Shipp is playing in his natural way :) nice start for us again :happy

Some of my bowlers got wickets in their 1st/2nd over but didn't look like I was going to be batting today until Mohammed grabbed 4.

Bowled them all out for 253 with Mohammed 2-27 in 12 overs.

At stumps
End of Over 27 (8 runs). Baggy Blues: 148-1, runrate=5.48
Trail by 105 runs. (Team Death 253-10)
Howlett 6-2-28-1
Ray* 74 (82 balls)
Quintus 63 (79 balls)
Last Wicket: Stubbs b. Howlett 0 (FOW: 4/1)

My century scorer in the last game is out for a duck while the guys that got under 30 last game have made over 50.

End of Over 52 (2 runs). BFN Bombers: 153-2, runrate=2.94
Lead by 58 runs. (Doctor's Orders 95-10)

Looking pretty good, I'll just need to see why I got them out so cheaply as they are supposed to be the 2nd best FC team in my league. A win will take some pressure off me anyway, then I shouldn't have to worry too much about the other strong team.

End of Over 140 (5 runs). Raiders Eleven: 828-3, runrate=5.91
Jarman 40-0-244-0
Karthikeyan* 59 (65 balls)
Mcgoldrick 110 (91 balls)
Last Wicket: Mills c. Malik b. Rampaul 47 (FOW: 670/3)

Need some good bowling now :p
