They've got an issue, fair enough. Their issue is being looked at as a priority, but that isn't good enough for them... So literally there is no way to have a reasonable conversation with them.

You got 'abused' for being a douchebag - saying stupid shit and having a horrid attitude. People don't get 'abused' for criticising... Far from it, there is plenty of criticism of the game on these forums (look at the patch wishlist thread) but there is a way to go about it.

I bought my xbox in late 2012 with the express intention of buying a cricket game to play.

Only later did i discover there hadn't been a cricket game in years.

For no explicable reason i also bought a kinect bundle.

i bought a new xbox - that solved the problem - and am getting along quite nicely with my life thanks

I would not be promoting this solution. As ive said in an earlier post, i only got an xbox for this game. Its only a couple of months old and only ever been used to play this game. I get the crash about 60% of the time.

Please dont focus on old systems as its not limited to them! I fear you may be barking up the wrong tree. I will investigate if freeing HDD space will make a difference however and report back.

Exactly, if you have (according to him) an xbox 360 which is functioning perfectly well and only has problems with Don Bradman Cricket, why not get a PS3 (which currently has not got this problem at all) and instead get a new Xbox 360 when a very small number of these are also experiencing the issue?

Something not quite right, or logical at any level in that choice.
