I still cant get non career game modes to freeze when on out of box teams

the fact that the game offered licensed teams in an unlicensed game - that was one of the main selling points of DBC!

i've been playing on xbox, i've not had a freezing issue at all. though i haven't played career mode, only casual. i have get best plus other teams.

Not officially licensed teams, community created teams

Nor do i, but im willing to edit them myself if it means no crashing. The rest of the game is that good.

Im still not 100 percent convinced that the academy linking is the reason however, if you guys with crashing problems could test on competition and casual mode with out of box teams we could get closer to a solution.

Literally tried everything mentioned on here but still the crashing continues, can get it not to crash a few times but the crashing always return. I am hoping that Big Ant can get to the bottom of this soon.

I have a original (not the slim ones) xbox 360 with a 60GB hard drive.

not a clue, sorry. had a look but no obvious way to tell. i don't recall ever adding any memory card or anything.

u get 20, 60, 120, 250, or 320 gb hard disk drives

to me the freeze error seems to be happening to those (including me) with 60 gb hdds

i just think that the code that has been written to initiate the "continue" process after a save is too resource intensive for 60 gb drives and that is what is causing the freeze

which in itself is odd - cos it was fine pre patch 2
