Improving from a very crap start, up to 23 streaks now on legend mode. If you don't watch the ball everything fails very fast on legend. Still having trouble switching from defence, attack and normal at the last second. Again great system for the batting controls Ross, they are near perfect.

PS Only real annoying thing for me is sometimes if you push the right stick in it leaves the ball when you are trying to play a shot, less now but still every now and then. Maybe it's just me.

I do that too.

The trick is to be gentle with the control pad, soft pushers not hard on the AL sticks. I am improving everytime.

Yes but less now, it's the first cricket game that you need to play in the nets first before game time. I am still hitting my drives in the air to much, need to improve my back foot shots. Blocker I bet you love to defend in this game.

PS For me the hardest balls are short at the body/head or full down the legside or offside. It's a work of art the controls but takes a few hours to get good. PS Best Steak for me on legend is a low 34 but it's getting easier than before.

I don't know if this is a known issue or supposed to be like this when i go to options then graphics the game closes completely... Just wondered if it was a known issue.

Has anyone been able to play the leg glance to fine leg yet??? I have tried everything and yet not been able to play the ball there. The times when I thought everything was in line to play that shot, the batsman decided to play a late cut to third man even when I had chosen to play the shot on the leg side.

Have managed it a few times, behind square definitely though not that fine. It seems to me the trick is to be moving across your stumps as you play.

Yeh...have hit behind square a lot of times...what I meant was that fine leg glance that batsmen play where the ball goes pretty near to the wicket keeper (basically a shot that would beat the short fine leg fielder).

This update tomorrow, will it fix the bug where the bowling machine will beep but then seconds later release a ball so far wide of off stump it's almost impossible to hit? That's the only issue I've been having. The graphics options have been fine for me.

could be my imagination, and someone from Big Ant would be able to confirm better, but it seems to me it's an issue of timing.

there doesn't seem to be "a" timing window, but each ball and shot has it's own. to get the ball fine you've got to play it quite late. i usually play it too early, hence it doesn't go very fine. or i play too late, and miss. getting the right time is difficult.

That's my experience certainly - move across stumps and play late and fine down leg side it goes

PS Yes move as far across your stumps and fine leg glances are not to hard, well when you don't get bowled or LBW.
