Quick question,

When is FM08 released? Around Christmas ive heard, any spot on dates?

It's expected around mid-late October, it'll definitely be way before christmas.

I'm downloading the Strawberry demo, which is the bigger one. It's taking forever, but tbh, it'll be worth it. I feel like I've done FM 07 now and need to move onto a fresh version of FM. On fm forums, they're have been some mixed views of the new skin, it's a bit of an itunesy (nice word) type skin.

well ive decided to look at this thread and i most admit fm08 looks gun but ive stopped playing it cause 07 is too addictive im currently managering man city and im currently looking for back to back premierships this season (2013/14)

the 08 demo took an age 2 download, have you seen the price it's gonna be?

i read somewhere we are lookin @ £34.99

Yeah, I saw the blahdvd link on an FM forum, however, after my "dodgy" experience with shopto.net last year, I've gone with a tried and trusted site, I ordered FM last night on play.com for £24.99.

Demo on 98%, I can't wait, I've been downloading for about 3 hours.

I downloaded the demo but it didn't work so just gonna download another one later, cba at the moment. Are you on the dugout?

It's the exact same game. Barely any of the stats have changed other than some obvious players that have come from nowhere since 07 was released. The new skin makes me want to break my computer. The face-gen stuff is absolute mong. The only good addition is the ability to sign Ore-contract deals with under 18's from Brazil.

Other than that it's as poor as FM 2007.

It's okay. Seem's quicker loading times like loading days for me. Anyways I like it. Won every friendly then beat United 1-0 in the Community shield so I might stick with this one.
