Thats a good idea but i dont think it will be done just yet maybe once the editing process of the game gets into full swing and we know how to do everything like we do now with C2K4, maybe then we could give that a go!

Nice idea tho mate like ur thinking!

Great to hear your input guys and i would love to try that but the thing is like Brigssey said, we have to wait a while till the real editors can get to work on it as mots live in aus. 15 overs highlights comming up for Lancashire.

Totesport National League Division 1:

Old Trafford
15 Overs
Lancashire Lightning Vs Glamorgan Dragons

Glamorgan: 186 All out 44.5 overs

Lancashire: 86/1

M Chilton: 50*(55)
A Flintoff: 4* (7)

Lancashire kick into 5th gear as they chase a minimal total!

---------------------------------------------

One wicket has fallen as Lancashire race towards the finishing line at Old Trafford, Glamorgan have only managed to take a singular wicket in one third of the match and Chilton has already hammered home his maiden one day half century of the season to take his total runs scored to 249 in three innings so far. Lancashire got of to a great start with Chilton hogging most of the strike and Sutcliffe allowing him to do it because he was on fire, he has so far scored seven fours and one six in his 50. Lancashires 50 came up in extra quick time and both men looked in fine form, Glamorgan would need a wicket soon or it could have been all over.

Chilton hammers one back past the bowler for four.

That vital wicket didnt come for another 24 runs of which Chilton scores 18 and of which 4 were leg byes. Simon Jones was brought into the attack to stem the flow and got hit for five in his first over, however, he also claimed a vital wicket, that of the struggling Sutcliffe who was making hard work of getting the ball away. He finals perished on 19 when he looped one right into the hands of Elliot at cover point. Glamorgans celebrations soon turned sour as they realised who was chalked in to bat at number three.......

Sutliffe tries his luck at turning it of the hips????

????however he fails to make an impact after a good start

From then on neither batsman has looked like getting out, Flintoff has hammered one boundary and Mark Chilton punished Robert Croft in the last over before this report with a six to grab his 50. Crofts first over went for 7 runs, who else can the captain turn to, they need wickets, Flintoff cannot be allowed to get going and Chilton has to be stopped or else we could have a massacre on our hands.

Chilton hammers home the first six of the innings, hopefully many more will follow

Chilton races to his half century from 55 balls including the above six

cricket200520050713193846376jr.png

Glamorgans attack hasnt really looked liek getting the wickets required and has been going for quite a lot of runs, so far the Lancashire runs rate has not dropped below 5 an over and currently stands at 5.7 per over. You would put money on Flintoff and Chilton finishing the innings of with a half century and a hundred respectively, what ever happens expect firewokrs to fly in the next 15 overs, stay tuned!

Totesport National League Division 1:

Old Trafford
End Of Innings
Lancashire Lightning Vs Glamorgan Dragons

Glamorgan: 186 All out after 44.5 overs

Lancashire: 188/4 after 27.4 overs

S Law: 9*(5)
M Loye: 6* (1)

Lancashire win by 6 wickets

Big Hitters Down The Order Pummel Glamorgan Into Submission!

---------------------------------------------

Lancashire look like a team to be reckoned with after two crushing wins. There one day form is clear to see as they knocked of a total of close to 200 in 27.4 overs at a run rate of nearly 7 per over. In that sort of shape they are hotly tipped to win the Totesport National League Division 1 Title. Mark Chilton picked up his second Man of The Match in two games as he rallied his team with a knock of 82 runs in 87 balls, including 7 fours and 4 sixes leaving him top of the Sky Sports Sixes League after one match. The first wicket to fall in the second 15 overs was that of Andrew Flintoff who let himself down as he hammered a cover drive straight at Thomas who did well to hold on to a bullet of a ball. He was dismissed for 13 in the end, another anti-climax of an innings, he hasnt run into any form yet with bat or ball.

Flintoff bludgeons one for four before hitting out for 13

A few close shaves when the spinners came on were avoided by some quick thinking

One of Chiltons four sixes

cricket200520050714111141454jh.png

Chilton was then joined at the crease by Brad Hodge who once again showed his worth when he scored a vital 39 runs to just about see Lancashire home, he shared a good partnership with the captain before Chilton fell 18 runs short of his maiden one day century of the season although the way he is going it wont be long to wait. Thomas varied his pace well during his spells and the slower ball came into effect, pitched quite short Chilton tried to guide it down to fine leg but misjudged it and was caught plum LBW, Middle and Leg. Thats his first dismissal in three innings and a vital one for Glamorgan hence the major celebrations.

[One word.... Plum

The Winning Runs

cricket200520050714114316608ny.png

Brad Hodge carried on the assault after Chilton left the field looking dejected and sad to have missed out on a century, he smashed Croft for two sixes from the first two balls of the over then got out trying to finish the game of, middle stump was dislodged, Loye finished the job next ball though with a big six back over Crofts head, Crofts final over looked like this 66W6. He went for 60 runs from 6.4 overs at 9.3 runs an over, very expensive but the way Lancashire were batting he as brave to bowl 1 over let alone six.

After seeing tis batting performance and the way they kept Glamorgan to a low total the bookies wont be able to ignore Lancashire chances at the Twenty20 cup when the odds come out.
