Group C - Canada, England, Kenya, New Zealand

Kirtley hasn't played an ODI in ages and he's wasn't even in the 30 man world cup squad so I seriously doubt he will get anywhere near the team. Broad was easily the best bowler on the A tour as well

Kenya: 203-3

They take their first steps to qualifying to the next round.

Kenya knock off Canada with no real trouble. Real soft ownage here, not mauling, but not a fluke win either. Really really impressed with Tikolo's allround performance, great with the ball, lead with authority, and fantastic with the willow. Best non-test playing batsman, and better than some of the test ones! Mishra batted well also! Picked up singles really well and he's unbelievably quick  Runs better then most of the Indian squad, rest for probably Yuvraj, Dhoni, and Karthik.
Kenya look quite strong. Maybe we'll see some surprises here..

I didn't watch this game but is Odoyo playing? He's playing as a pro at my cousins club and if kenya get to the final he'll be late for them!

what you talking about brother? I agree hes quick but I didn't see anything speical in him or smarter than as u were comparing with, yuvi and dhoni. Mishra was running with his eyes closed and almost got out and got lucky few times...and his batting is like Nehra with no style. And man what to say about Tikolo...he's real class and with good temperment.

I was saying he's a fast runner. And of course he's got style. What singles, what boundaries. "Batting like Nehra" LOL.

You watched the tour did you? ;)

Kirtley should've played more ODIs for England, best death bowler in the country and will always put in a 3/4/5 wicket haul every 4 or 5 games. Another talented player who missed the chance to represent his country as often as he should. I remember him at Trent Bridge those 3 summers ago. (or is it 4 now?)

Indeed Sureshot. Five on debut iirc?

And I hate mentioning it, but just watch last year's C&G final; Completely ripped apart Lancashire's top order and then mopped up the tail.

That bloody Shane Bond. His yorker injured Craig McMillans foot. Now we have another injured player who is in doubt. Luckily no break, but bad brusing.

I'm just going on the stats he picked up more wickets than anybody else and i think at a better average. We ony lost when we didn't play him and seeing as Kirtley wasn't in the squad he won't get called up

No denying that Broad bowled well and probably was the best bowler on the A Tour to Bangladesh but with our lack of experience in the side anyway, I just don't think someone with as little experience as Broad should be chucked into a World Cup.

2-80 then 6-34 at Trent Bridge

I'd like to see Broad in the team over spray it around Saj.
