Rommedahl played really well, he set up the first goal very well as well. He always looked threatening when he had the ball at his feet. I was disappointed the defence though. It looks down right shoddy at times.!

The Netherlands beat Cameroon with 2-1 and Japan went to the second round by beating Denmark with 3-1.

Japan really made use of their free kicks. Two goals came out of them.

Everybody was checking out whether Robben would play or not. And he did. And he had an immediate impact also. He hit the ball against the post from where the substitute Huntelaar scored.

So far Argentina and the Netherlands have won all their group matches. Brazil and Chile can follow.
