India in England Jun-Sept 2014

It will be funny if we get all out today. Losing the test match in 2 and half days.

Wow we have seriously gone backwards since that Lord's test. Another series loss overseas is coming.

Don't bet on it yet ... its forcast a day and a half to be lost to rain. Today will decide the fate. If India are 5 down by the end of the day, its done then

nobody who takes the attack to the opposition. Gambhir has been very selfish lately and Vijay is`nt the flamboyant batsmen anymore. Even if we do not lose wickets and bat 50 overs tonight, we still won`t score more than 130. Thats the reality.
This is the problem right now , apart from kohli nobody else can attack and spend time at the crease for a time.

Not really I think India have a good mix. Kohli, Rahane, Dhoni, Jadeja can all attack if required. Thats a good number actually. Also Pujara can be brisk at times. He may defend for long periods, but once he opens up he gets quite a few quickly. Also, while I am not in favor of Gambhir's selection, but remember he has a terrific one career behind him. So to say he cannot attack is not true.

ya i forgot rahanae he can turn it on a bit, MSD as much as i like him he hasnt counter attacked outside SC, sir ji can play cameos like in Lords, but im talking something more substantial, something that srt, laxman ganguly and sehwag did easily.

Broad's injury gave England the best scenario. With rain lurking around the corner (possibly a washout tomorrow?), England need a stab at India as much as possible and they have got it.

I wouldn't be surprised if India fold up by today itself. Under this captain, the scars of 2011 are still very much alive and kicking. And somehow this guy gets wierd appreciation from a new non-Indian supporters that make him look like he is some test legend who will be sorely missed after he retires:rolleyes (ideally, he should be kicked out of tests).

There are 46 overs tonight and the only way there is going to be a result is if England get India all out tonight. Tomorrow there will probably be no play and then there is meant to be rain on Monday too. Draw is on the cards.

what has he done wrong in this test? , there is only so much you can blame on captain, this was the best possible selection from the available squad.

Also dont forget he saved face in the first innings or we might have made a cool record for lowest score.

That is just the perfect example of the depths to which the pessimism of an Indian Cricket fan could sink :D

India won't fold up today, especially by an attack without Broad and Anderson under the weather (as being reported). He bowled just 4 overs. India should see out an attack by Woakes, Jordan and Moeen Ali easily. Given how weak England's bolwing is right now, its almost a shame tomororw will be washed out. Lol nah just kidding, the more rain the better. :D

Also kick out Dhoni ... he has made 3 fifites this series, and has won 6 straight tests at home ... 4 against the mighty Aussies :P (11 out of last 15 at home). But I forgot, Home wins don't count, ONLY wins away mean something. Also in that run of 8-0, everyone including the openers, and Tendulkar all had a torrid, run, and the bowlers never looked like taking 20 wickets, but that is Dhoni's fault too right. He should keep, Bat and Bowl for all of them.

ok cricinfo are on a roll now Giles on commentary in live scorecard though getting a question through seems impossible.

Thats it Gambhir Thank You for coming. Dhawan back in the side for the next one. Pointless asking Gambhir to return in the same conditions, he failed so miserably ... that too without buckets of runs in domestic cricket. Will someone tell me what Gambhir had done to earn his recall. Look I am all for respecting his past contribution, that 95 in the WC Final, thx a lot, but why on earth is Gambhir here.

He he he..... India on a roll here! Looks like my prediction could turn out correct (that of India being all out today). :D:(

haha why does Moeen Ali confuse India so much?
