India's Tour of Sri Lanka

He bowls googlies regularly and he got Jayawardene out on a nice leg break.

i agree dude...but what i said is also true,he is very predictable now a days, though he is a very fine bowler,i would like to say he should add his old weapons like leg spins, worng'un,he will get more wickets....

Why not more productive posts like that one rather than others which appear to be basking in the failure of India and England, in other threads.
Well, at the stage Sri Lanka were at (135/1), I thought that the predictions were obvious.

Granted, India took 2 wickets right after I posted it, but you should have looked at the time I posted it :)

kumble is a "medium pacer" dosent spin the bowl...when he comes to bowl its mention
Anil Kumble
Right arm "leg spin".

He just bowls quick flipper, dosent spin the ball, dosent use wrong'un/leg spin.

That should be corrected to medium pacer.Few years before he use to even bowl yorkers and get wickets....
What say?

How does that matter anyway? He has taken 600+ test wickets even without turning the ball.

aditya123 added 1 Minutes and 16 Seconds later...

Meanwhile, India are off to a flier ! Its that man Sehwag again.

I have a really big problem with Harbhajahn's "negative line of attack" this morning.

Karthik is standing like 4-5 inches outside leg stump, Harbhajahn is coming around the wicket.

Honestly never seen anything like it, points back to bodyline, except from a spinner.

Thank God that the umpire told him to stop after one over :)

As i said before Sehwag scored 200+ & Hrabhajan leading wicket take for Indians,
G Gambhir to score Century now :happy
Hit Sehwag it's T20;)

But was Bodyline an exclusively negative tactic ?

Many very successful spin bowlers have bowled at a medium pace, Chandrasekar, Underwood and O'Reilly to name a few.

One of the rare occasions that Sehwag hasn't converted a 50 into a 100. But that wicket came at the perfect time for the Lankans as S&G were setting up another great opening partnership. Let's hope Dravid has organized his mind.

SL will lose this test. M&M don't seem to be troubling the Indian batsmen anymore

The post-tea session shall be the best :)

Harbhajahn destroyed Sri Lanka in the last session yesterday, lets see if M&M can do the same.

Should be a cracking contest in this final passage of play on Day 3 - will pretty much decide the result and the direction of this test match

Dravid's not picking Mendis. The carrom ball is amazing. I gotta try it and get it in my armoury :p ! The one he bowled to Dravid that turned a foot from middle to outside off was unbelievable.

Dravid knows a lot more about how to play spin than me, but I think he's committing too early onto the front foot, ie. he's just planting his foot down and at times pokes tentatively when he defends which makes him very susceptible to being caught at leg gully or forward short leg.

Dravid`s fighting it out there.
That is what he has to keep doing and things can change. It is a matter of one inning.
