Sorry everyone, was hospitalised for 3 months and unable to complete the league.
I will try restarting the league along similar lines when I get on top of things.
Thanks to everyone who took part.

I would like to restart this league along the same lines as the first attempt.
We will have to start from scratch because I am not sure if the previous managers are all active.
For now I would like managers to sign up by stating the Test nation they wish to manage.
