Even if you're a (excuse the pun) die hard Bruce Willis fan, don't even bother watching this film, it's terrible.

I watched a bunch of movies over the long weekend:

The Imitation Game - pretty good, though I don't think Turing was quite as socially awkward as he was portrayed in the movie. Cumberbatch and Dance were great

The Grand Budapest Hotel - I didn't start this with too high expectations but I really enjoyed it. Well told, enjoyable story and great acting. It's a bit quirky but I thought that was good

Ender's Game - This was alright. I haven't read the book so I don't know how it compares to that. The worst of the four films I watched in the weekend. Seemed a bit too farfetched despite when it occurs and being science fiction and all.

My Neighbour Totoro - Cute movie that I hadn't actually seen before. Rather sweet story, pretty cool characters and some funny moments too. I'm starting to go through all the Studio Ghibli films because I've only seen a few of them before

Interstellar- Wayyy overrated, just because its a Christopher Nolan film. First half was so boring. Second half got better, and was fairly exciting. Sound quality was shocking. I could almost never hear what they were saying because the music was too loud, and I think that was the biggest reason I didn't really enjoy the film. McConaughey, Chastain, and the young actress who played the child Murphy were all great though. McConaughey is doing some great movies (Mud, Wolf of Wall Street, Dallas Buyers Club) and even TV shows (True Detective) lately.

I think one of the main problems with Interstellar is Nolan getting a little ahead of himself, I won't go as far to put him with George Lucas during the Star Wars prequel days or the Shamhammer when he was making Lady in the Water, but creative minds just can't seem to deal with unlimited resources and no studio head to reign them in, if that makes sense.

Absolutely loved the score by Hans Zimmer though.

A must watch film for any cricket lover,it talks about the politics done by N. Srinivasan - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia in Tamil Nadu cricket association on selecting players for Tamil Nadu based upon caste & how the hero(Jeeva) over come those obstacles,example:getting selected for Rajasthan Royals,performing well & making into Indian team) & the film also describes problems he & his friend(Ranjith) are facing in Tamil Nadu state team,despite performing well in the limted chances that they got.

The Lost Future (2010)

Well I thought this film would be worth watching seeing as Sean Bean was in it but it turned out to be a pile of crap. I see it got a 5/10 on imdb which is a tad generous in my opinion.

Gabbar is back.

Its a good movie. I don't why it has got negative reviews. I liked Akshay Kumar's acting (his mustache as Aditya is quite funny though ) but expected more from Shruti Hasan's role. They've made him like just another dumb female lead in masala movies who are there just for the sake of it. Shruti deserves better than that. Definitely worth watching.
