Yes, this series in particular shows that there's a lot he could do worse. Plus, he's always copped a lot in comparisons with captains who don't actually exist.

He has gotten to be a better captain, but in a sense, is the same relative to necessity; he was conservative when he had the assets that probably wouldn't have benefited from a more interventionist captain. There was some period of transition, but he has adapted to the needs of a new team.

I'm sick of all the people saying this summer and others like it are boring to watch and Australia need to face better quality of opposition. We have been far from completely dominant this summer but when we have played well I have enjoyed it. There are few other sports where fans whould say they are dissappointed that their team is regularly on top of the opposition.

I wanted to go to the cricket today but its way too cold! in the middle of the day it got pretty hot, up around 18.
