Anyone else find it ridiculous how we don't have the review system in ODI cricket but we do in test cricket? If anything it should be the other way around but really it should be in both.

Yeah, doesn't make much sense. If they can use it in Tests, it should be used in ODi's. Fair enough not using it in T20, as it's supposed to be a more fast paced game, but in ODi's it should definitely be used. Not that it was needed with that decision mind, umpire was spot on.

Definitely should be used in ODIs but I guess they are worried about the match going into overtime. Especially Channel 9 who like to put their news on straight after the 1st innings. I hope this doesn't prevent it from making its way into the ODI as it needs to be considering the howler De Schoker gave early this series.

You'd only need 1 per innings in ODIs. That's probably only an extra few minutes a game. No big deal.

Good point, really is no reason for it not to be used then. I suspect it will come in once all the glitches have been ironed out via Test cricket, again it would be better doing that in ODIs but that isn't the way the ICC is taking.

So Lehmann told Gilchrist he wasn't interested in the New Zealand job, hmmm.

When's Umar Akmal going to go after the bowling? He was far more aggressive in the test matches.

Looks like Umar is following Johnson footsteps. Very aggressive in Test but can't back that up in ODIs. But tbf his team is in trouble.
