OK so with Aamer OUT, apparently Mohammad Sami is going to get a trundle. I assume that Umar Gul is already going to be coming in for Rauf? Or is Kaneria coming in for Rauf? Or will Rauf stay now that Aamer is out? Have to wait about an hour or two I guess until the toss.

An advantage to playing Umar Gul would be that he's dismissed Watson a few times from memory. A couple of times on the recent tour in UAE Gul got him out, again in the Champions Trophy and I think he also got Watson in an IPL match too - perhaps not as relevant, but it might get into Watson's head, you never know.

And apparently Katich didn't manage to complete his net yesterday and will undergo a final test this morning to see if his elbow will be OK. If not, Phil Hughes will be opening with Watto - the opening partnership of the future :happy (maybe). Should be good for Hughes that Aamer is out, he's probably the only guy who could have really tested Hughes with short and fast bowling.
