Pakistan Tour of Australia 2009/10

Hughes is a lucky boy. No Aamer to test him out but instead gets Sami who has to be one of the most erratic bowlers of the generation.

"Dougie makes up for McGrath and Warne." - Clarke talking about putting up with the pranksters in the dressing room.

Why am I not surprised? haha.

Most likely or you can say almost done team.

Salman Butt
Imran Farhat
Faisal Iqbal
Mohammad Yousuf*
Umar Akmal
Misbah-ul-Haq
Kamran Akmal?
Umar Gul
Mohammad Sami
Danish Kaneria

Mohammad Asif

Apparently this is correct. Chaps was just on TV and he'd been taking to Intikhab about the team. Gul, Sami, Asif and Kaneria will be the attack.

Yeah check out what Ponting scored in the 3rd test of that series at the SCG vs Kaneira and Samietc. Smashed em. The Gilly came out to bat......

That was an amazing day. I remember being there. Seeing Punter bring up his 200, then Gilly smash 100. Awesome.

Truly amazing Gilly knock, went from 50 to a ton in no time. he was in some incredible form at the start of that year, the NZ tour that followed was simply astonishing, 2 tons when we were in trouble, he blitzed NZ that series.

Darn! Shame about the rain. Just rushed back from the gym to follow this one....ah well, time to spend on my other hobbies: velocity rates of inanimate objects, lengths of cats whiskers, to name but a few.......

I think string theory and black matter can prove the velocities of energy waves produced by inanimate objects.

Length of cat whiskers could lead to a cure for cancer, you never know...

If today is a washout, Aamer still has a chance to play if he recovers as the toss still wouldnt have taken place.

Hehe, are you sure? That's interesting. But yeah, as Tum Tum said, one day might not be enough for him to recover.

11:35am: The drizzle is getting heavier.

Ugh, was hoping to catch some cricket tonight.

I'm about 25 minutes from the SCG, and it was drizzling heavy 10-15 minutes ago but it's stopped. A bit of sun behind the clouds too.
