Hafeez needs to improve his batting as an opener. I would not mind sending Afridi to open at this point in time. Hafeez has made a habit of scoring 20-40 runs at SR of 50 and then getting out in ludicrous ways.
Every time a team scores over 200 our miserable batting fails to show any spine. They are too defensive. Its like Misbah has got them under a spell and every four or six hit is fined in the dressing room. Onus lies on the seniors to show some aggression. Hafeez, Younus, Misbah and Umar have to do better than they have over the past year.
