Patch General discussion

I have had very few run outs but this is due to being extra cautious with running. Once the patch is out I will probably push for more singles to fielders on the edge of the inner circle.

Stopped 4 games in and decided to wait for the patch. Really keen to get my hands on career again soon.

the way i see it i will be primed and ready to go when the patch is released

although the further i get into the career the more i think i am wasting valuable time, but thats cool, the game aint goin anywhere!!

I wish the patch helps abit with the Pro mode in career, I know I've had the game a week and i've tried all the things mentioned for batting, practised on Veteran in nets and practise match, but i'm still going nowhere in career mode, my average is 6!.

Its so frustrating that i'm having to play against associates in casual mode.

You gotta keep playing, so your player gets better stats, simple as that

I hit 100 the other day yet still went out for a pair 20 minutes later

you just got to keep goin

4th, 5th, 6th seasons its so much easier

its all about timing, for fast bowlers press early, for medium and spinners, press just as the balls bouncing

The patch is out already. I have just downloaded and installed it on my PS3. The awesome thing is that I didn't even have to log in with a UK PSN account to download it.

I wonder why everyone said that you had to use a UK PSN account to download it if you are not in UK.
It worked like a charm with my US PSN account.

Playing it, finding it much better. Hard to put into words exactly just yet. Found one annoying thing still there for now, playing an aggressive shot (non advancing), I missed it and was stumped, my player sort've slid forward out of his crease a few inches again.

Yet to try circle on it, to see if those help or if you end up run out in the air or turning around as was happening.
