When did Kolkata's capacity go back to 90k? I thought they had gone down to 65k or something in recent times.

No, when couple of stands were put down for renovation, it was having some 60k capacity [Remember 2010 IPL and India v SA test, where India picked up the last wicket after struggling for around 15 overs]. Worldcup was hosted with full capacity though.

That was due to renovation ie temporary for some weeks. I am talking about the permanent capacity.
