Please Kallis get out early, yesterday was boring enough. I cant stand watching him bat, no wonder no crowd showed up, his own home town fans dont even show up to a Kallis borefest. Even his best strokes make Tavare look like Viv.

At this rate, Amla is going to pass Kallis, he's scored all the runs today. Kallis always struggles the morning after. He's faced about 30 deliveries this morning without scoring, and yet Amla has 22 runs!

Kallis is much more aggressive against spin, he knows he'll eventually he'll get his chance to accelerate. India's seamers are also significantly more reluctant to pitch up to Kallis than Amla. Kallis has scored virtually nothing through the V off them, not necessarily a good thing if you want him to edge one.

Mishra is too slow....Its all good and well getting a lot of spin but you need some zip too. Batmen are just as likely to get out from a ball that gets extra bounce and zip than one spinning.

If Mishra gets one of these guys out bowling at 75 kph and getting slow turn on a slow wicket then they dont deserve to be there.

Thats why I cant wait for India to tour SA end of the year....as we can all see these flat Indian wickets give batsmen a false sense of superiority its not great for the game. Taking nothing away from Kallis and Amla but pitches like this destroy cricket imho.

Rather have a pitch which makes it difficult for batsmen and make them prove their quality by surviving difficult conditions with something for the quicks.
