Who will win the La Liga this season?

Yeah, without Messi, they only usually score 2 or 3.

Indeed, got to agree, they're running away with the league in Spain and they've got to be up there for the Champions League too. They're just playing brilliant football.

And although Ronaldo was the best player last season, Messi has just been on another planet so far this season.

Great performance in the second half after a tough first. Numancia have been strong at home this season, so it was always going to be difficult. But the way we came out in the second half, no one could stop us. Robben is almost god-like at the moment, Gago's sending off was bollocks, but the highlight of the night was Raul equaling Di Stefano's record. Two great legends!

Six wins on the bounce now, and we look unbeatable.

Will be a fantastic moment if Raul scores that 308th goal tonight. Has been the icon of Real Madrid, a role model for the fans.

Seville derby as well tonight, so should be an excellent night of football!

Guess we will have to wait a little bit longer for no.308, but then Raul did have to pull back a lot into midfield today in the absence of our ballwinner, Gago.

Overall, pretty disappointing, but then we won and got the all important three points. Winning games when you are not particularly playing well is important, and can make the crucial difference in the end. Just ask Inter Milan or Manchested United.

Having said that, there is nothing taking away from Higuain's goal. Proper goalscorer's stuff, great to watch and am really glad he is a Madrista. With Guti on his way back, the midfield problems we had today will be taken care of.

Very weird to see Del Bosque start with both youngsters, Albiol and Pique, in the center of defence. I know Heskey and Co. are rubbish but still. Also no Santi??

EDIT: And we have the lead. So much for Jagielka being so good for England.

Haha. Total domination. England really are rubbish. It was like watching men vs boys. Feel bad for Capello, as this has to be the weakest and probably the most useless team he has ever managed.

29 games unbeaten for La Furia Roja!!

England didn't play too badly, it was fairly solid. The fact is Spain are the European champions, and for a reason. If it had been at Wembley we would have won I reckon.

Did I mention I support Brazil for no reason?

You Spanish people in the UAE must be proud.:)

World Champions and our friend m vaughan here should marry and form the perfect glory hunting couple. It may however be possible for the universe to implode upon this unholy collaboration of dirty success seekers.

I could be a Somalia based El Salvadorian, fan of the Fiji Islands. Still wont change the fact that England are rubbish (in football).

Anyways, Barca have dropped a point. Gotta see the highlights now. And Eto'o wants to become the best paid player in the world.

No England had no clue as to how to handle Spain's passing play. 2-0 was a lenient result.

How did the UAE do in the last World Cup out of interest? Oh, I remember...
