India 186/5 after 33 overs

INDIA Have crashed to 186/5 after 33 overs at the Oval . Rahul Dravid is batting and giving him support is th young M.S.Dhoni . India would be hoping that the two put on a big partnrship and take India to a competitive total which once looked set for a 300+ score ! Steven Harmisson was the bowler who did most of the damage picking up 3 top-order wickets though he was quite expensive . Earlier , Rahul Dravid put on a useful partnership with VVS Laxman who was batting gorgeously on 40 but the Indian runout fever struck again . VVS was run out for a 40 which promised much much more indeed ! Kaif looked good too while he was giving support to Dravid after th departure of yuvraj for 0 .

Rahul Dravid scored a 70 for the second consecutive time this series and helped India post a respectable score of 258 . He was well supportd by Dhoni who scored 21 . Dhoni was out when India looked well on course for a 300+ score to a giles delivery . Giles went on to pick 3 quick wickets of Dhoni,Pathan and Harbhajan in quick succession to hav India reeling at 220/7 . Dravid stood tall on the other end and helped India cross the 250 mark . The total does not look all that threatening on this good looking pitch . India will have to bowl outstandingly well to win this one . All in all , it seems set for a superb finish at the Oval !
