Another home game although I didn't even get 100k from my match yesterday!

Had a tough first round tie too. Played my first XI and scraped through despite the scores being level (had him crushed in the RS,. so would have been a massive upset). Getting two sides who have been around since september 05 is absurd really. Nightmare for pf and will mean I will probably struggle all season.

Got 2 tough teams in rounds 2+3 last season and never really recovered to challenge in OD

Yep, I was ahead on the second tie breaker of runs scored after 15 overs, but the 3rd one [wickets taken after 15 overs] I would have lost on.

The ease of dropping a level in OD is offset by promoting in FC, and there being no bot in FC this season. My bt20 league is easier, but that isn't really relevant as I relegated due to not fielding any decent elevens.

Ah true you will actually be worse of PFL wise if you play your best players each FC match and want a long cup.

Yep.

Hoping that after a few weeks things fall into place and it's obvious what I should prioritise, even getting a monster side in the cup would help clear things up a bit, as it is the only easy wins I have is in bt20, but I couldn't care much less about that so it's hardly a saving grace.

You can pretty much play with your best 11 in all BT20 just your players won't recover PFL although they don't lose it either. Problem is the GFI become less effective and if your players are PFL shot then they don't perform as well.

The choice is now yours to make one of your spinners into a Wrist spinner. To make this choice, go to your player page and choose the option on the right side. Note that this can only be done for one player and once the choice is made, you are stuck with it.

Remember the main difference between the two types is that wrist spinners are more likely to take wickets while finger spinners are more economical. How much the effect has is yours to find out from friendlies in Week 9 onwards. This will take effect in competition matches from next season.

And i mess up first league game of the season by putting a worthless batsmen in at number 3 ahead of a wonderful. I really need to change the default line up as I keep missing that and just sort the bowlers out.

Was 15-3 too before but recovered to 64-3 - gavin cox with 49 of the runs, from number 4. lovely counterattack from him
