Well back to winning ways as we wrap up the series.

We bowled pretty well, but we didn't pick up the amount of wickets I had hoped. However, it was a vast improvement from our last ODI, and Sami and Nazir looked good. Kaneria was the star again, as he continues to produce consistent performances.

We batted well, despite having a first ball hiccup leaving us 0/1 and with Butt back in the pavilion. From 29/3 we battled hard, Inzi and Misbah both batting superbly together. Afridi came in and finished it off with a few overs remaining.

Now to try and wrap up the series 4-1 and head back to Pakistan after having a fine tour.

Wow!! great win against the Proteas. Inzi back to form ...well nice to see you back to winning ways. KUTGW :clap

Reaction
We loss the toss as normal and had a terrible start. 4 balls into our innings and Tariq was gone for a duck, the worst start possible. Khan and Inzi then took it to the bowlers, scoring quite fast, and scoring big. The 160 run partnership ended with Inzi getting bowled by Saffers man of the match Jaques Kallis for 73. Yousuf and Khan then had their own immense partnership of 108*. Yousuf had batted the fasted out of them all, managing to get 56* off 61. Khan was fantastic and go the highest score of 129* off 153 balls, which isn't too slow.

Like we were, South Africa were 0/1. Smith the man to go. Gibbs(19) and Duminy(7) both failed to stay with Kallis. Rudolph made a quick 13 and De Villiers made a fast 15 as all the South Africans were getting starts, but not converting them. Kallis was the next to go and that meant South Africa had lost all hope. 64 off 64 was his score as he owned the bowlers but couldn't last the entire innings. The rest of the lower order and tail failed, like the top order did. Arafat was awesome with 3-17 and the spinners were as good as ever, picking up 2 wickets each.

Lol at Treva's 367 being chased by RSA. Gutted.:laugh
Jaz at his winning best as usual.

Good win by Pakistan in 4th game. I still can't believe that 367 was chased by Africa. :p. Treva you are legend. Really a good comeback by Pak. Keep this going.

Reaction
We bowled first to the Saffers and they put up their best score all series. 269 was their score thanks to such innings by Smith(67) and Kallis(61) which were the foundations of their innings. Puttick(37) and Pollock(32*) were the main other contributors but again South Africa had the problem of getting starts but not converting them. Afridi was the only bowler to impress as he got 4-38, and was very impressive. The less said about the rest the better.

We chased down their score in terrible fashion and should of lost in all honesty. Being 195/7 chasing 272 wasn't the best but thanks to a 77 run 8 wicket partnership we did it. Afridi was the main contributor with 54 runs off 30 balls but we had many helpers. Niazi made 49 and Akmal made 49* as both were unlucky to miss out on half centuries. Yousuf ended his series on another high with 39 off 41 whilst a surprise package came in Akhtar with his 38* off 36 balls. This marks our season unbeaten in ODI's and means I won every game on this tour. Awesome.

Well, they almost did it again. If it wasn't for Sulman Butt we would have lost another game in which we made 350+!

We were awesome with the bat again. That's been a real highlight of the tour, and I think our batting line-up is up there with the likes of Australia and India. Afridi was just brilliant. He came in and steadied the ship, and by that I mean only just going over a run a ball! Yousuf was fantastic again, and thanks to Butt, Khan and Misbah we had a fantastic platform to make 350+. Akmal played superbly for his 50* and support from Razzaq and Nazir got us up to 386!

They again started from the off and battered our seamers. Luckily we took a few early wickets that kept us in the hunt. Spin did the trick, Kaneria and mainly Afridi keeping a check on things with wickets. Butt came into the attack, and he immediately struck with his part-time off spin. He took a battering but picked up 4 vital wickets. South Africa finished 52 short of another historical win, and with 6 overs still to spare they will be ruing silly wickets that cost them victory.

Well that's it for our first season of International cricket. Next up: The World Cup :D

Treva finishing off with a win before the WC. Good luck in the WC champ.

We should win two of our games at least, easily, so should be guaranteed a place in the Super Eights. West Indies might cause you a problem though, Jack. ;)

Saying that, they beat Australia 5-2 in ODIs on my game...

Well a nice gentle start into the World Cup, and a comfortable win as I expected. We bowled neatly and batted respectively. Disappointed to lose 2 wickets, but I may just be picky. Not much more I can say, apart from that we top our group after 1 group game :D

Easy start to the World Cup as we hammer the Zimbabwains. We bat fast and reliantly as our two maestros own the bowlers. There were quick innings but none as big as the big two, as they were too good and showed our true batting ability. We then bowled and Afridi picked up 6 wickets and Zimbabwe's had no idea how to play him and had no chance of winning match. Seam was good aswell with Asif doing well. Good easy start for us.

Reaction
A good win that sends us through to the Super 8's.

We batted poorly, and we looked like we were heading for an embarassing defeat when our lower order saved us. Razzaq hit a fine half century, Akmal fell just short, but the man of the hour was Anjum. He samshed an unbeaten 43* from 43 deliveries to set up a tough chase for the hosts.

Apart from Anjum and Nazir, we were poor in the field. Sarwan and Hinds gave them a great chance of victory, but Anjum's final spell stopped them 7 runs short of our total. No idea why he didn't get MotM, he was superb.

Now to thrash the Irish!
