Willow.TV is ripping off people. If it dies off ESPN360 might just grab all major cricketing tours and offer them all for free and in better quality (like it does now).

And major traffic on ESPN360 where only American residents are allowed may just get them to show some cricket on TV too.

They need to price the TV rights for cricket in America accordingly. The main reason ESPN and the lot dont show it is because they are expected to pay the same amount for the rights as cricket playing nations. Its not financially viable for them to shell out all this cash only for 1-2 million (if that) to watch the game.

They show so much useless ████ on ESPN like darts and womens snooker, im sure cricket would attract a bigger audience.

Also I dont see willow.tv going away, even though its a rip off and the quality is ████, many people use it. Anyone who has the NBA league pass or the MLB pass know how crap willow is, you can stream those games in HD! On willow, you cant even see the ball unless its Test cricket.

Terrible selection.Rohit Sharma had one big innings and that is all.Remove that innings and his average will be hanging around 20s.He scored a duck in his last innings too.Praveen Kumar who was quite useful with both the bat and ball,had one bad game is out.Same with Ojha too.He had one bad T20.He wasnt even in any of the ODIs.

Jayasuriya, Malinga, Mendis, Kapugedara axed

According to sources, the dashing left hander who completed 20 years in international cricket on December 26 has lost his touch since lately and the selectors gave him a final opportunity in the recent series against India using the opener as a middle order batsman but he proved to be a failu.

Selectors have also axed out of form batsman Chamara Kapugedara, paceman Lasith Malinga and spinner Ajantha Mendis. Selectors have felt that Malinga has lost his focus while Mendis has been dropped for poor bowling form as well as for below par fielding.

Former skipper Mahela Jayawardene, world record holder Muttiah Muralitharan and paceman Dilhara Fernando have not been considered for selection due to injuries. Chamara Silva returns to add experience to the middle order along with opener Mahela Udawatte while promising left hander Lahiru Thirimanne has been given a break.

All rounder Angelo Mathews has been picked subject to fitness.

Jayasuriya looked good in the final innings at Delhi though, Malinga and Mendis knew what was coming for them.

So both India and Sri Lanka will be playing with some new faces so I think we should be expecting Bangladesh to put up some good performances against them.
