Warm-up matches

I think there just trying to promote that bat as when i read about it on some sites it says it's new to '07 which seems strange as i've seen it be used by some people before (Bravo i think)

yeah, bravo started using it in the middle or near the end od august i think (for the county team he was playing for) so it sounds asif they want to get some of the world class players using the woodworm globe so that they promote it more, if they are doing it for that reason, isnt that trying to help woodworm sell the bat more ?

because say england get through to the finals and kp or freddie are batting and its 1 to win from 1 ball, then the 1 run is achieved and england won the wc, then woodworm would sell alot more woodworm globes, this happened with the hunts county bat that giles hit the winning runs with in one of the 2005 ashes test matches

well if it sells more bats then i guess it's their right to do it. And the players won't care,Freddie just needs a lump of wood to smack the ball with

I am looking forward to seeing Dwayne Leverock bowl as well as England dominate a match heavily for once. Bermuda have a population of 70,000, three of their players are still at school, one is a janitor and several are over 35, this will be a squash by all purposes of the word.

Anyone know the time of the start tomorrow? The program starts at 1:30 but I don't know if they are doing a big build up. I did have a look around for start times.

It's 13 a side tomorrow btw.

It starts at 1.30pm GMT.

Just another quick plug for my live ball by ball text commentary on the Bermuda v England game at CricketEurope tomorrow!

I think I might heed your advice on this occasion Andrew. CricketEurope's commentary should come in handy on the laptop during those tedious Science lessons. ;)

Just seen my mistake on the TV guide. So you are in St Vincent at the moment then? That is so cool. Flying the PC banner I hope.
