Khan deprived Ajay of his century when Khan tore into Cairns in the 47th over scoring 12 runs.. Once he scored those 12 runs, chances of Jadeja reaching his century evaporated.

But a great comeback from one of the best ODI players in India. Hope some one from the BCCI reads my story thread and gives a look at Jadeja back again. He can do really good in my opinion if he is brought back

3 more matches remaining

• If New Zealand win the next two matches, then the winner of India vs England plays the final with New Zealand
  
• If New Zealand wins only one match (against England) but with a bonus point and India beat England, then New Zealand and England get tied on points. The final berth gets decided on their net run rate.
  
• Replace England with India in the second scenario!
  
• If New Zealand lost both their next two matches, India and England face in the final!
  
• If New Zealand win only one match and without bonus point,, then still India and England are ahead of New Zealand and will face in the final!

India right now are on the top of the series table with 2 consecutive wins and right now hve 9 points in their kitty. This is a drastic transformation for a team that lost the series at home against the Sri Lankans. But some of the youngseters and the experienced guys have shown the desire to succeed and have been instrumental in India right now being at the top.

Ajay Jadeja and Marcus Trescothick now lead the Top Scorer runs figures with 124 and 120 runs respectively. Surprisingly, Virender Sehwag leads the Top Wicket Taker list so far with 8 wickets. Following him is Ashley Giles at a distant 4 wickets!
