Yeah the Ashes are on 2006/2007 November, December and January.

if tickets were on sale, in adelaide, apparantley they have had enough phn calls to sell out the first three days already. and i got free tickets to everyday!! WHOO!

Was there some rain delay in todays play? Or did Australia score really slowly?

Hey this match might give warne his best opportunity to get his first test 100.

they should put him in at No. 4

What do you think about S. Waugh's comments about Gayle becoming the Windies captain? I think it would be interesting but personally I'd rather see it given to Sarwan. It may make him more responsible and perform better (both off and on the pitch)

They had an article in one of the cricket mags about sarwan being captain, he just said he wants to do whats best for the team, he isnt worried if he is captain or someonelse, just wants to do whats best

Great knock by the one an only Micheal Hussey! He rocks!! He's probably my 2nd favorite aussie player, right behind gilly! :happy

West Indies is going great now. Ponting was out for 17 runs after two balls in the second day and now Clarke is out for 5 runs.

Hodge made his first Test run off the first ball he faced.

Yes some good come-back by the Windies but too late into the game now. Only the weather stands in between for another crushing victory for the Aussies.

It will be interesting to see how they will play from now, will they go for quick runs or will they trust the weather.

I think when Langer comes back, Hussey will get Clarke's place. Hussey at least deserves a place.

81.3 306/4 Hussey is finally out for 137 runs. Great innings. Bravo gets him.

And in comes Symonds. I hope he will have a great innings.

84.3 315/5 Symonds is out for one run only. :(

And there was a bit of drama here. Pretty funny actually:

The third umpire accidentally pressed the wrong button, saying NOT OUT. It was a shame that Symonds returned to the crease inspite of being miles away from the stumps. Umpire Aleem Dar had to re-confirm the decision to get him going!

85.4 317/6 Gilchrist is out too! Australia is collapsing!

Hussey out for 135, great knock, 4/306. Symonds is the new batsman.

What a collapse. I was hoping Symonds was going to get some runs. How unforonate.
