Its not depressing as much as its embarrassing. Nothing to take away from Zimbabwe they played a better match the entire time but the bowling and most of the batting has been awful.

Before this over they required 15 runs in 6 balls and then After 2 balls they were requiring 5 runs from 4 balls, then they just throw it away and scored only 2 runs in last 4 balls losing 2 wickets too

Me not being a WI it probably doesn't hurt as much as it hurts the people there in the Caribbean and I'm sure they wont let them of easy.

Still it is the first ODI of a 5 match series and things will turn around. Another match on this wicket should test the team again.

WI team really is down in confidence, on paper their team looks good enough on paper to beat Zimbabwe. Pretty much like all summer over here, their middle order crumbled leaving Ramdin to save them. Think he needs a promotion. For once the openers actually got a start though.
