The Dutch have been unbelievably boring and non-penetrative.

All the big guns bar Germany have looked toothless thus far.

Denmark could well nick a win here. Holland look well over-hyped at the moment. They may be missing Robben but no team in this World Cup is made up of one man. They need more width.

Oh dear, oh dear. That is an awful header by the Danish defender. First own goal of the tournament. But look where it has come from, a cross out wide. Holland need more of that.

Second half was better then the first half of Netherlands vs Denmark.

Elia made a good impression.

Poulsen or Agger made the own goal. Poulsen was also the guy who was spat in his face by Totti in an earlier European or World Tournament.

Japan and Cameroon have a strange line up. Honda is playing as a striker, while he is at his best in the midfield. Japan have another good striker. Cameroon is playing with three strikers, while they normally play with two strikers. Also Song isn't even playing. And their regular keeper is passed.

It's a pretty boring match this one.

Meh! There have been some boring matches this time round! Todays were a shocker. Only in the last 10 minutes did Holland start playing there special brand of football. Danish were very disappointing.

This moment summed it up for me: Denmark are 1 nil down with ten minutes to play. Ball goes out. Netherlands throw-in. Danish player kicks it ten meters further to waste time!!!

Totally agree with that. Van der Vaart was drifting in centrally and trying to play in the same space as Sneijder. They need more width down the left hand side.

Well it worked out I guess since Honda scored the only goal against Cameroon. As for the Dutch, at least they got the win regardless of the performance anyway and I have to admit though, none of the matches so far have been entertaining enough. It is like 1 goal here, 1 goal there. >.< The same thing will probably happen in Group F but I hope Group G and H matches will be fun to watch.

Le Guen, the coach of Cameroon, is facing a lot of criticism. He didn't let play the big stars of Cameroon in the first match. He surely must play them tomorrow in the match against Denmark.

It's a big game Cameroon vs Denmark. I thought the Danes played pretty well against Netherlands, they created some really good chances and defended okay where as Cameroon struggled to do much until the last 10 when they bombarded Japan with long ball after long ball.

Looks like Netherlands completed a 1-0 victory over Japan. Could have easily been 3 - 0 or so. Missed a couple of sitters
