Would start Sterling over Lallana in War's formation, but I do not mind either way. Sterling would be a brilliant impact sub, especially since players will be far more tired than average in these conditions. I agree with everything else, but I know Hodgson won't pick that lineup.

Apparently it's not going to be as hot as everyone thought in Manaus so that should work in favour for both teams.
