It will be fair to say that if Bangladesh continue this tactic we won't see ODI's for long.
By playing too slow what were the b'deshis trying to salvage? Nevertheless a great batting display by Siddiqe.
But that was pathetic to say the least. They could've atleast attempted to chase down the target.I think they might as well get some practice in with a decent bowling attack in conditions that will be similar to the world cup. They were out of the tournament anyway.
How? Re-read it mateChanged your mind?
Ah i didn't read the rest of it, sorry mate. How? Re-read it mate
Why? For scoring 2 centuries this year?Afridi should be wisden cricketer of the year.
Afridi is all about Pashtun Power!!!
Pakistan needs more pashtuns in the Team
Umar Gul, Younus Khan, Yasir Hameed and Even Imran Khan are pashtunsRiiiight, so that we have more brainless cricketers (as if we don't already have an abundance) who average around 25 with the bat, score 6 centuries in 300 odd matches (2 of them against minnows I think) and be considered good enough to captain the national team. No sir, I'd rather Pakistan never have another Afridi again! Waste of a batsman's position really.
That being said, he did play extraordinarily well in this series and although I'm hoping his form continues, having seen most of his 300 matches, I'm pretty sure he'd be useless with the bat again against Australia.
