Australia Tour Of India 2012/13

The game of cricket was awesome- record breaking partnership for second wicket, but personally, Hyderabad crowd was terribly disappointed because they didn't get to watch Sachin. And in the third session, the fours by Pujara and Vijay were booed as well.

Good to see Murali Vijay doing well. I hope he will be the second inning specialist- what we are in search of.

Well, they have to deal with it. Its how well India does, not how long they can watch SRT bat. :)

"No wonder", kerplucking sellout commentators. How can you tell it's "no wonder"? You're too busy doing BCCI's bidding to notice that there's no conclusive evidence, like, I don't know...hawkeye.

I don't think it's out on second glance, but the limited coverage is starting to get on my nerves.

Ye its been disgraceful watching cricket from India in last couple months without this technology & hearing all the commentators whether the Indian ones or the foreign ones act like technology doesn't exist in cricket, when such close decisions occur

Its like watching cricket in 1993, not 2013. God the BCCI influence is the worse thing to happen to world cricket in the post war era. :facepalm

....On the game so far & even a smart tactical captain like Clarke has lost the plot this morning. Yea sure you can't have very attacking fields, but if it is you are make one last desperate hope to take wickets in this key morning session, with your two main fast bowler - how can Clarke not have give Pattinson & Clarke at least a slip???:THREE EDGES ALREADY GONE FOR FOUR THIS MORNING MICHAELLLL!!! facepalm.......UHHHHHH!!!....This is easily the three worse days of cricket i've seen Australia play on & off the field in my lifetime so far:mad

I thought it was out as soon as I saw it but then again, its legendary Dharmasena so you can expect those kind of "fair" calls from him.

Missed it myself(the ball), but I know just the thing Shravan is on about...

----------

Boo's all around, is this like the Hyderabad crowd's specialty? Boo the youngsters and cheer on the oldies? :facepalm

Kunal: "Doherty has climbed the ranking table of the worst average Australian of all time to 5. He looks all set to break the record of MG Waite of 190.00.. "

I doubt this will surprise anyone who has seen him bowl.

As for comments that Ian Chappell is one of the "great minds" of Australian cricket, being aggressively opinionated doesn't make you a thinker.

Some of Ian Chappell's "genius"...

"Dravid should be dropped!!!" (Ian never liked the fact that Dravid was a number 3 who scored slowly at times, and had been banging on about it hoping he would fail for years)...Dravid then goes on to tour England in 2011 and is the only Indian to score any runs...scoring 3 centuries.

"Sehwag is the New Bradman!!!" (An average of 9 v Steyn is hardly an average of 99, nor is a total inability to score any runs anywhere anymore)

"Sehwag is the best offspinner in India!!!" (Yes, so good that the captain has given up wasting time even giving him a bowl).

They are not cheering for two reasons, Ravi. Just one. Hope Sachin gets out fast tbh. This crowd is just stupid, as are most Indian fans.

Murli "the nightwatchman" Vijay is gone and crowd is so excited. Stupid people!

This is no different from the way Eden Gardens reacts to Ganguly. Just don't approve of this kind of behavior. Love Sachin, but don't boo India for that.

I'm with Shravan, I'd be the happiest guy in the world if Sachin gets out now, this crowd needs to be taught a lesson.

The worst part is that Indian/Sachin fans have seen about 4 of his innings. They are just glory hunters who assume he must be great (which he is) by looking at his record. It's about arguing from a point of irrefutability. There isn't much wrong you can say about Sachin's record. Similarly, in tennis they support Roger Federer even though they don't watch any of his matches except the semis and finals of grand-slams. In football they support Real Madrid/Barcelona/Manchester United. In Formula 1, they were all fans of Schumacher. If you're a Ganguly fan, well Sachin's record far outweighs his. Nadal fan? Federer has more grand slams. Tottenham fan? United has won more titles.

Pujara you beautyyyyyyyy! 2nd double hundred.

Booing the double hundred? tweaking dumbass people

Awww shittttt! Two quick wickets but well played Pujara.
